Tri-County Contracting did an excellent and professional job installing two roofs on our home—shingled and rubber. We had peace of mind having a 10 year guaranteed yearly inspection. After ten years, this last inspection showed the roof was in extremely good condition with only a single nail hole needing some caulk.
